Few of my favorite security tools
Here is a few security tools I love and use to protect myself.
- Sandboxie - Runs programs in a sandbox preventing them from making changes to your hard drive. This is one of my favorite programs, and I use it to run my browsers in, since almost all malware comes in through the browser anymore these days.
- Microsoft Security Essentials - A very good and lightweight antivirus software.
- Secunia PSI - Scans the hard drive and check for software security patches. Its a good program to help you keep up with all the security patches.
Of course there are ton more out there, but these are my favorite that I use on a daily bases. What are your favorite security tools?
